Heat and Tires

by Administrator 13. July 2009 02:44

The summer weather can add another hazard on the road that must be paid close attention too.  The triple digit heat in many cases can cause significant tire damage.  Many accidents have occurred from a tire blowing out or splitting because of the high heat.

During this heat, it is important to take the necessary precautions.  First,  make sure that the tires to a vehicle are properly inflated at the right air pressure levels.  Next, observe the tires for any damage or worn treads.  This is very important if the individual is about to travel on a long road trip. These tips should help with tire safety.

Have you or someone you know been involved in an accident?  If so,  please speak with an experienced Tucson personal injury attorney by contacting the offices of Haralson, Miller, Pitt, Feldman & McAnally, P.L.C., at 800-723-1676.
