Thomas G. Cotter

Mr. Cotter holds degrees from Michigan State University and the University of Arizona School of Law. He was admitted to the Arizona Bar in 1983, at which time he joined the firm. In addition to his practice in the area of personal injury, insurance litigation, and insurance bad faith, he handles other aspects of civil litigation where his background and aptitude for science apply (including computer related litigation). He has played a leading role in many cases that have resulted in seven figure verdicts or settlements.

Mr. Cotter is a sustaining member of the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association and has served on its Board of Directors. He is rated “AV” by Martindale-Hubbell and has been named as one of the Best Lawyers in America in the area of personal injury litigation.
