G. Eugene Isaak

Mr. Isaak was admitted to the practice of law in North Dakota in 1961 and in Arizona in 1963. He holds degrees from the University of North Dakota and a Master of Law Degree in Tax from New York University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Arizona. His area of practice is estate planning, probate law, and taxation. He has served as an officer and director of the Southern Arizona Estate Planning Council and as a member of the Probate and Trust section of the State Bar.

Mr. Isaak is rated “AV” by Martindale-Hubbell and has been named as one of the Best Lawyers in America in the area of Trusts and Estates. He is a Fellow, American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.
